On clearance of payment we can deliver nationwide orders within 7 working days, whilst overseas orders should take no more than 10 working days.
Normally, all orders are dispatched when the order has been processed and ‘Address Verification’ is complete; any delays in these processes may delay delivery times. Product availability may also affect delivery. In case of an extended delay, you will be notified via e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our UK distribution centre and are fully insured against loss or damage. Our normal delivery hours are Monday - Friday from 9.00am to 6.00pm.


TM Tracking Systems warrants that upon delivery and for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery the products will:

be free from defects in materials and workmanship. be of satisfactory quality. will conform in all material respects with the specification. TM Tracking Systems shall not be liable for a breach of any of the warranty unless:

  • you provide written notice of the defect to TM Tracking Systems and,if the defect is as a result of damage in transit, to the carrier, within 5 days of the time when you discover or ought to reasonably have discovered the defect.
  • TM Tracking Systems is given a reasonable opportunity after receiving the notice to examine such products and you will use your best endeavours to return the defective product within 15 working days to TM Tracking Systems at your cost for the examination to take place.
  • Please Note: We will only be liable for reasonable, return shipping costs if:

the product is found to be defective at the time of installation or within 2 months of delivery (whichever is the earlier)
you report such defect within 5 days of the time you discover the defect
prior to the shipment of the defective product you obtain written authorisation for the shipment from TM Tracking Systems. 

TM Tracking Systems shall not be liable for a breach of any of the warranty if:

  • you make any further use of such products after giving such notice
  • the defect arises because you failed to follow TM Tracking Systems oral or writ­ten instructions as to the storage, installation, commissioning, use or mainte­nance of the products or (if there are none) good trade practice
  • you alter or repair such products without the written consent of TM Tracking Systems.
  • Subject to the above conditions, if any of the Products do not conform with any of the warranties TM Tracking Systems shall at its option repair or replace such Products (or the defective part) or refund the price of such Products at the pro rata rate provided that, if TM Tracking Systems so requests, you shall, at your own expense, return the Products or the part of such Products which is defective to TM Tracking Systems.
  • Any product returned will belong to TM Tracking Systems and any repaired or replacement product will be guaranteed on these terms for the unexpired portion of the 12 month period.


Please ensure the goods are in the original packaging and packed safely when returning. After inspection in our warehouse if the goods returned are found not be faulty or in "as new" condition we will charge delivery costs for returning them back to you.
